  • The item must be returned with original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days (India) and 14 days (Australia) from delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Once approved, we will share return instructions

Do not send products back without confirmation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • India: Return shipping may be free or charged depending on the case
  • Australia: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We only replace items if they are:

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
