Directions for Use
Mix 1 or 2 tablespoons of malt powder to a glass of water or any other drink of your choice (preferably hot or warm, for health reasons), stir well and enjoy. (Try to avoid drinks rich in calcium so that it doesn’t
affect the absorption of the minerals in the malt, by the body)
